A long weekend of great riding, eating, people & places in our special corner of south west wales.

 

All the comfort, fun and facilities of fforest will be your base for the 3 days with great riding through lush woods, sheepy hills and secret valleys and along our majestic coast. With pubs, pitstops, stories, heroes, saunas, films, firepits, tunes and great food.

Accommodation

Accommodation is on top of the ticket price and will automatically include the total price when you book, have a look through our range of accommodation to decide which is best for you.

Every aspect of your good night’s sleep has been thought of at fforest. 

All accommodation has their own decked area with outdoor seating & kitchen.  All of the basics are provided to rustle-up simple meals. We’ve thought hard about the furnishings, using ethically sourced materials and local products which blend function with form. We hope you agree; we’ve tried to think of everything. 

Guests staying in fforest accommodation have access to the cedar wood, farmyard & woodland shower blocks as well as the 'Beauty Barn' with sockets, mirrors & dressing tables.

Garden Shac Bedroom

We've designed the Garden Shacs to provide simple, characterful accommodation with flexibility for families, friends, solo travellers & couples.

For Gran ffondo we sell the bedrooms individually with shared use of the outdoor area and also a shower/wc in the adjacent shower block. There are a choice of double or twin bedrooms (subject to availability).

If you would prefer to have a whole Garden Shac to yourselves (sleeps up to 6) please select the correct option when booking.

Sleeps up to 2 in each bedroom

£380 per bedroom (1 bedroom, 2 adults max)
£1040 per complete Garden Shac (3 bedrooms, 6 adults max)

Hill Shac Suite

Simple, characterful accommodation with flexibility for families, friends, solo travellers & couples.

For Gran ffondo we sell the Hill Shacs as suites. Each suite is a cabin with two bedrooms (can be twin or king size beds) and a shower/wc. There’s an enclosed kitchen/dining area shared with the guests in the other suite.

If you would prefer to have a whole Hill Shac to yourselves (sleeps up to 8) please select the correct option when booking.

Crog Loft

Ideal for those who still want their home comforts & suitable for families, couples & friends.

Each Crog Loft has an en-suite shower room, underfloor heating, lighting, power sockets and an indoor living area.

They combine the great outdoors with a private, outdoor (covered) kitchen & dining area with great views.

Bedding & towels are provided

Onsen Dome

The Onsen Domes are part of our new accommodation for 2019 with the luxury of an en-suite shower room/toilet, lighting, indoor dining/kitchen area, fridge and power sockets

The outside is where the magic really happens as they each have a Japanese style outdoor bathroom complete with shower, basin and sunken, cast concrete Oforu soaking tub for two.

Dome

The dome, made famous at fforest, with its solid wood floor, wood-burning stove, bespoke furnishings and the view from that giant bay window.

They have a king size bed, two futon camp beds and are set on their own decked area with an equipped camp kitchen & seating area.

Treetop Dome has it’s own shower/wc on the outdoor decking area.

Bathhouse Domes are allocated their own private bathroom in the Bathhouse just a short walk away

Booking

 

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Click the 2nd May as your check-in day for your chosen accommodation/pitch & press continue.
2. Select the number of adults (16+years), children (4-15 years), infants (0-3 years) & dogs in your group & then press search. 
3. Once you're happy that you have selected the right accommodation for the correct number of people press book now and it will guide you through the rest.

Our Gran Ffondo weekend includes:
3 nights accommodation at fforest farm,
Breakfast, lunch & supper from Friday night to Monday morning
Entry to all rides, exhibitions, talks, saunas… everything.
Bike safe, workshop & washing facilities

Gran ffondo is attended mainly by couples and groups of friends, rather than families with children.

PAYMENT:

We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your booking.
The final balance will then be automatically processed on the 7th March 2025 using the card you used to pay your deposit.
For bookings made on or after the 8th March 2024 we require full payment at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable so please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place should you need to cancel
