Slow down this Winter and discover our natural woodland spa, nestled in the heart of fforest farm.
Rejuvenate in our cedar barrel sauna, bask in the soothing warmth of the wood-fired hot tub, or awaken your senses with a refreshing cold plunge—all set amidst the peaceful embrace of nature. Complete your experience by unwinding by the fire in our cosy lodge lounge, leaving you refreshed, relaxed, and ready to embrace the season.
Each session is for a maximum of 6 people, but groups can book exclusively for up to 10 people.
Cedar barrel sauna
Our wood-fired cedar barrel sauna is nestled in woodland. Take breaks between the heat of the sauna with outdoor cold showers, a plunge in the barrel or sitting outside enjoying the peace & natural surroundings.
Cold plunge barrel
Next to the sauna is the cold plunge. Definitely refreshing! A plunge in the barrel will leave you feeling alive and invigorated.
Wood-fired hot tub
New for this year is our wood-fired sauna. Ideal for maintaining good wellbeing from hot water bathing and the ultimate moment for calm and relaxation.
Spa lounge
Next to the wood-fired hot tub you will find our Nature Spa lounge with sofas for you to relax into and complimentary herbal tea and water to help yourself to .
Massages
Treat yourself to a relaxing massage in our treatment Kata Cabin. Luxury heated bed, soothing essential oils and the cosy fire going. This is an optional extra and can be booked with or without the nature spa. Massage treatments are £65 for a 1 hour slot and you can split the time between two people.
Bathrobes & towels
Bathrobe & towel hire can be added at the time of booking - just ensure you select the right ticket. Or you can bring your own (BYO)
Changing rooms
You will use the Cedar shower block with lockable toilet, shower and changing space . These are private and enclosed but still have the outdoor element like the rest of the spa. We will provide eco friendly toiletries and lockers for your belongings.
The Lodge
Finish your spa experience relaxing by the fire inside our cosy Lodge, or taking in the beautiful views from the lodge terrace. Keep an eye out for the resident red deer! There will also be snacks and drinks for you to purchase on the day.
